Welcome to CloserWolf. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CloserWolf mobile application (the "App"), operated by CloserWolf ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The App is designed for professional sales training purposes. AI-generated responses, scores, and feedback are for educational and training purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional business advice.
The App may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Certain features, scenarios, and content may only be available to paid subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (collectively, "App Stores"). All payments are processed by the applicable App Store, and their respective terms and payment policies apply. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
We may offer free trial periods for paid subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate. You can cancel during the trial through your App Store account settings.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
Refund requests are handled by the applicable App Store in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund inquiries.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App or via the App Store, and will not affect your current billing cycle.
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the App, including custom scenarios, business profile information, and voice recordings ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.
When you use voice-based features, your audio is processed to deliver the training experience. We do not claim ownership of your voice data. Voice recordings are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The App, including its design, features, content, AI models, training scenarios, character personas, branding, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by CloserWolf and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate roleplay scenarios, character responses, performance feedback, and training recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that third party's own terms and privacy policies. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable App Store's terms of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the App's Profile settings.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLOSERWOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloserWolf and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us at the email address listed below. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and CloserWolf, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
