- Payment information processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store (we do not directly collect or store payment card details)

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:
- Device information such as device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
- Usage data including features accessed, session duration, and interaction patterns
- Performance data such as scores, streaks, and training progress
- Log data including crash reports and error diagnostics
1.3 Information from Third-Party Services
If you sign in using a third-party authentication provider (such as Apple or Google), we receive basic profile information as authorized by you during sign-in. We only receive the information you consent to share.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
- Personalize your training experience based on your profile, preferences, and performance
- Generate AI-powered roleplay scenarios tailored to your industry and skill level
- Process and analyze voice recordings solely for the purpose of providing real-time training feedback
- Track your progress, scores, streaks, and leaderboard rankings
- Communicate with you about updates, features, and support
- Improve the App through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Voice and Audio Data
The App includes voice-based AI roleplay training features. When you participate in a roleplay session:
- Your voice audio is processed to provide real-time conversational AI responses and performance scoring
- Voice data may be temporarily processed by our service providers to deliver the training experience
- We do not permanently store raw voice recordings after your session ends unless you explicitly choose to save a session for review
- We do not sell, license, or share your voice data with third parties for their own purposes
- We do not use your voice data to build voice profiles or for biometric identification
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate the App (such as cloud hosting, authentication, AI processing, and analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
- Leaderboards and Social Features: If you participate in leaderboards or team features, limited profile information (such as your first name, rank, and scores) may be visible to other users.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
