Delete Your Account

CloserWolf ("we," "us," or "our") lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly within the App. This page explains how.

Delete your account in the app

• Open CloserWolf and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm when prompted ("Delete Account", then "Yes, Delete Everything").

Your account and all associated data are erased immediately. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in, email us atcloserwolfapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email address, and profile photo)
• Saved and custom roleplay scenarios
• Call history—transcripts, scores, streaks, and training progress
• Team membership, badges, and business profile data

What is retained

Nothing tied to your identity is kept, except anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you, and any records we are legally required to retain (for example, tax or transaction records). Such records are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To cancel, manage your subscription in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) before deleting your account.
